Patti starts improvising in the 1983 at the Loose Moose Theatre in Calgary (C), working directly with its founder Keith Johnstone. Today she is one of the most famous and appreciated improv artist all around the world. She lives in Australia where she is Artistic Director of the company Die Nasty Au. She is also co-director of the companies Secret Impro Theatre and Impro Melbourne. At the moment she is the Artistic Director of the International Theatresports Institute and representative for the Oceania Area. She collaborates with artists and theatre companies from all over the world.

Born in Tokyo, Japan, Jun Imai lived in California for 8 years. He has studied acting with various teachers, specifically Method Acting with Frank Casaro, Artistic Director of the Actor's Studio, and improvisation with Keith Johnstone, founder of the Loose Moose Theatre in Calgary (C). He has had the pleasure of being the simultaneous interpreter for method acting and improv workshops led by Keith Johnstone, Roberta Wallach, Lyn Pierce, Dennis Cahill, Shawn Kinley, Steve Jarand, and Mark Lamb. Jun has been coaching and directing improv since 1995 and since 2005 he has directed and produced shows at the Tokyo Comedy Store, in Shibuya, Tokyo. With a cast of over thirty improvisors, TCS is one of Japan's premiere improv groups. He tours Japan regularly and has taught improv, acting, and mask work all over the world. He is also the Asian Region Representative for the International Theatresports Institute's Board of Directors.

Ruth is an actress, writer and performer. As an improviser she is a regular guest with The Comedy Store Players, 1/3 of Panthercannon and 1/2 of DnR, and guested on What Does The Title Matter Anyway? at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe with Clive Anderson. Ruth has performed in seven London 50 hour Improvathons, and in many different countries all over the world. Ruth has taught improvisation at LAMDA, GSA and The Bridge, and has run workshops in the UK, Italy and Austria. She is in the cast of the Olivier Awards' winner show Showstopper! The Improvised Musical. She has performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe for the last 13 years, not only with this show, but also taking part in plays, double acts, impro shows and her one-woman show, And On Your Left. She works also for TV and Radio; like for example Just Do Nothing (BBC3), Derek (C4) and Sarah Millican's Support Group.

Tom Salinsky

Tom Salinsky is a founder director of The Spontaneity Shop and has been improvising since 1996. He has taught at RADA, Central, the Actors Centre, the National Youth Theatre and all over the world. He and Deborah Frances-White wrote The Improv Handbook, published by Continuum in 2008. With Robert Khan, he is the author of the plays Coalition, Making News and the forthcoming Kingmaker.

Jason Shotts has been performing improv for audiences since 2003. Currently in Los Angeles and performing at the iO West Theater, he performs in the two-person improv show Dummy, winner of the iO Chicago’s Del Award for “Best Improv Show” in 2013 and 2014, as well as the Harold team Sean & Alex and The Armando Diaz Experience. He’s been teaching improv, all over the world, for the past 10 years and received the iO Chicago’s Del Award for “Best Teacher” in 2011 and 2013.

He started improvising in 2007 with the improv school "Compagnia Maia" based in Latina, (of which now he is one of the main cast members) and since then he took part in many shows. He participates also as musician in improv shows all around Italy such as "Impro'", "L'inedito - Shakespeare Impro" (directed by Sean McCann) and "Solo de Impro" with Omar Galvan. He cooperates with i Bugiardini as a musician in "B.L.U.E. - A Completely Improvised Musical" and since 2015 he plays also in "SHHH! - An Improvised Silent Movie". He took part to "Welcome!16" and "Welcome!17" and he will be the Musician of "Welcome! Improv Festival 2018"
